I'm not going to.

I drove up the other day and looked over a used TT that is for sale at the local dealer. It looks good and is very similar to what I'm looking for but, the one I have now has a couple of more years in it yet and I don't need to spend the money on a different one. Just got the one I have set up the way I like.

I just have to ignore it. The roof is on a lot better shape then mine but, the kitchen storage and counter top is smaller. I don't like the décor that much either. I just have to keep telling myself NO. I really don't have the money to waste anyway. Too bad the same TT didn't come up for sale in about 2 years when I have mine completely wore out then I would look at it more seriously.

    Buy it!

Just kidding, if you're happy with your current unit then don't spend money on this one.

The roof is better then your current roof? What is wrong with your current roof?

My currant roof is getting cracked at the edges. I found the cracks last year and sealed the edges with some Dicore sealant. (Good stuff by the way) on the one corner of the roof there is a little bubbling and if you push on it you can feel that the plywood underneath is just a bit separated. This section is about 5 inches square and there is no water damage inside. Because I'm only a weekend camper and I have the leak fixed now I'm not worried. I know, many of you would freak and feel the need to fix the whole thing but, the way I use my TT and because it's stored inside most of the time I'm not worried. But, the whole roof is kinda discolored and it should be coated with some of that stuff that you roll on with a paint roller. However , once again because it sets inside 321 days a year I believe I'm good to go for a couple of more years.
  • LOL....know that song....just looking! After attending the super RV show in Tampa, our new mantra..."we need a bigger truck!" I see a 350 or 3500 in the near future!
  • R..I..G..H..T..! Just looking ... Uh-hum! You're already hooked. Just go ahead and go for it!
  • Keep telling yourself that. Everyone knows what happens when you start "looking" and visiting the shows. Happened to us three times now.

So do you think you will make to the end of the week without making a offer. By then I am sure you will come up with a enough good reasons for buying it!
  • Don't fret. In a couple of years another trailer, just as nice and just what you are looking, for will come up. :)
