installing jacks

It's that time of yr again when we need your expertise.

At the end of camping season, we sent our jacks in for maintenance. We sent them as one piece, but Happijack sent them back with the motors off. Now we can't get the holes to line up to put them back together. Any help would be appreciated.
  • thanks for the reply. We did some research and did use the manual crank to help line up the assembly. It just seemed odd at first because the screw holes did not line up like it seemed that they should.

Anyhow, we got them together and mounted back on the TC. They work and even seem to be a 100 percent quitter than they were last yr.

Now, we need to move it out of our neighbor's storage shed and back home.
  • Are you asking about the holes on the motors to the jacks if so use the release lever and turn it where it would release the motor so you can use your manual jack cranks. Then use the manual crank to turn the jacks while you are attempting to put the motors on.

When I got mine back from Happijac after repair that is what I had to do on it. Give it a try might save a call to Happijac
