it was one of those oh crud moments (Tire recall see p.5)

trip home sans airbags was uneventful. I just kept it at 60-62 the whole way back up 101 as I figured more places to gte help should something else let loose than on I5. Suspension without airbags worked fine aside from being a tad soft and a bit mor sway in the corners. We were definitely a few inches tail down which made the sterring less than desirable but still manageable. Tomorrow I will off load the camper and start the repair process for the body and airbags, such fun.
