Jack Digital HDTV Antenna

The Jack has an LED power indicator on the bottom of the antenna. It's hard to see in the daylight, so check it at night. If it's not lit, you have a power problem.

I love mine, have had no problems yet.

As was said above did the booster get shut off? Possibly the powerpac got disconnected or if not using the powerpac maybe the fuse to it blew.

The first thing I would check is to make sure the 12VDC control voltage is present on the RG cable that is feeding the Jack antenna. This DC voltage comes from the antenna panel that has the push button on it like in this photo.



The JACk Antenna may also use one of these in-line power injectors.
