I too have had the stabilizing jack failure on two out of 4 jacks. I will probably work out a fix for these myself instead of taking to the dealer. Though I am confident they would fix it for me. I may call them to see if they can get me replacement jacks and put those on myself.
I have not had any trouble with leakage from the roof. Keep in mind this is technology that has not been applied to trailers before. Before the Premiers, you only saw the 'rolled over' roof on class a campers. I walked the roof before we took delivery and everything seemed to be pretty well sealed. We have had some pretty heavy rains lately and I haven't discovered any leakage.
