Not available through Keystone that I am aware of. I am sure your dealer could install them but I wonder if the cost is worth the advantage.
In addition to adding cost, you will also be adding weight. The Premier is sold as an "ultra-light" so that's probably why those extras were left off. Keystone can then differentiate between their numerous models.
Unless there are specific reasons for wanting/needing electric stabilizer jacks, you can get similar performance at less cost, weight, and hardware by using a cordless drill. The cordless drill also lowers and raises the jacks much faster. It's just another thing to consider when shopping for an RV.
