We bought our 27RBPR this spring and camped pretty much every weekend this year, mostly within 2-4 hours of home but a couple of road trips.. Everything on the unit is great..
But then I went to winterize it and give it a good cleaning and noticed a crack in the fiberglass from the lower left corner of the front drivers side clearance light moving up and towards the center of the trailer.... Sorry pic isn't too clear, but it is the best of the dozen I took.....
I haven't talked to dealer yet, but here's hoping they are going to fix... I actually think FIXING the crack may be preferrable to replacing the entire front nose cone.... I think the potential for leaking is less that way so I am going to see what they come up with.
You guys may want to get up on ladder and check yours as well (you can't see it from ground level).
Sorry guys for the previous blank post :(
SabreCanuck have you followed up on this with your dealer ? Also wondering has anyone else had this issue out there. Reason I am asking is I have noticed a very very small spiderweb cracking on the front edge of my nose cone at about eye height, should I be concerned ? Thanks all.
Nope - I didn't... I'm not sure I'm going to until later this year. We bought the trailer in the U.S. and local dealership hasn't been too warm and fuzzy so if I do anything I might just get it fixed locally. I'm not too worried about it yet.
