Is it spring yet? Time to make the to do list for this years camping. We still have our Bullet and love it but this year we will be making a change. Going to go to a long timer status which just means many months at a time to use it. So we're in the process of changing to a 5th wheel. Not a done deal yet. For anyone reading these threads, our Bullet was excellent for us for over 6 years. An overall great experience.
Same with our 2011. Still in great shape. Actually last season made 5 years we have had it so we are replacing the original tires now. We are upgrading from 14" load range C to 15" load range D on new rims. We figured we would upgrade for an added safety margin.
How does upgrading tire range and even size work? I too am getting ready to replace our original 5 year old tires which are down to the wear indicators. Can I go up in tire range a bit on the original rims? And then I have to replace the rims if I move up to size 15 tires? I plan on keeping our Bullet for another 5 seasons/years before I near retirement and we probably make our next move up the a Class A for full timing or near full timing.
Also thinking of doing the suspension upgrade, like the Dexter E Z Flex? Has anyone on here done that yet to their Bullet?
