Keystone failed to budge an inch on our defective and faded and cracked front decal. So we are done with Keystone and Thor on any future purchases. I won't support a company that refuses to support their product reasonably and help out their customers.
I have removed the defective decal and I have ordered a beautiful American flag and Eagle decal for our front cap. I think it will look gorgeous. Will post pics after it arrives and I install it.
Other than our experience with Keystone customer service, we are still love our '12 Bullet. In our 7th season of camping and it has held up very well with good maintenance and good care and long trips to Florida and Yellowstone.
