why not just get the policy you want for the trailer from the same company you have your TV insurance with. That way there aren't any gaps you need to worry about.
and check with your TV and homeowners insurance to see when/how/what for your TT is covered under each policy.
In my case, once unhooked the TT is NOT covered under my TV policy.
for example, if a guest trips and falls getting out of the trailer in a campground are you covered?
