The whole reason you want liability insurance. Some idiot bumps his knee on the A-frame, then sues you claiming that your TT was parked 6" to far out in the road.
Far too many law suits where I sue you because I'm stupid. Unfortunately stupid wins an awful lot of them nuisance suits.
