look to buy a trailer and have a few questions

Well as life goes it seem as plans have changed. I found a slightly used 2013 innsbruck 279qbl for about 10k cheeper then the new floorplan we wanted. So after much thought and talk the wife and I have decided to pick it up tommarow (as long as all goes well with my inspection) and spend the next year seeing how much we use it and what we actually need in an rv. If in that time we decide we need bigger, more slides or whatever else i feel I can easly sell this on to upgrade. What yall think.
