- TequilaExplorerThe bath in my 23 ft Snowriver 234RBS (northwood) is huge. There is also enough cupboard space in there to hold all of our clothes. Pretty much identical layout to the Arctic Fox model shown above. The AF is 1 ft longer and a bit more high end. That extra foot is used to house the wall & TV, in the SR, the TV is a ceiling mount and the bedroom is open concept with a pull across curtain.
- carringbExplorerArctic Fox has one too!
- dadmomhExplorerMaybe here's the answer.....This month's Trailer Life has a great article on a smaller TT with a short queen bed, a standard dinette, nice kitchen with "high end" appearance cabinets and a.......great bathroom all nicely fit into a 22' TT. It's a Sonic SNV190RB. Weight WITH F/W, water heater full, LP full is 3890. Hitch weight is 620, GVWR is 4500#. They showed MSRP as tested, $22,821 so you could likely buy for around #15,000 - $16,000. Did I mention the great bathroom????? BTW, the article itself points out the good and bad points, per their judgement, I suppose. You might want to track down a real copy of the magazine for the article and pix. Happy shopping!
**I did a search for the Sonic and came up empty handed. Apparently it's actually a 2014 Venture RV Sonic SN190VRB...oops. - F1bNormExplorerOur old 15 footer had a wet bath and we found out that combining the toilet and shower actually gave us more shower space than many separates.
Just a thought
Norm - bhhExplorerI've got this one. Full shower, sink with cabinet, medicine cabinet, toilet, wall shelves, linen closet, and room to turn around without having to walk out and back in. I'm 6'5" and there is enough headroom (just so in the shower if I get my head in the skylight.)
My wife reminded me there is a review in the current Trailer Life magazine about a 20 footer (of some brand) that has a similar layout. The thought the extra foot was all in the bathroom. Away from home so can't look up the issue right now.Bumpyroad wrote:
look at the Ascend 19 footer with rear bath. I would rate the quality head and shoulders above the coachmen.
bumpy - profdant139Explorer III am 6'3" and 225 pounds and can stand up straight in my shower and can actually turn around, carefully. Since my trailer (2012 Fun Finder X-139) is very small (the box is eleven feet by seven feet), I would call that "huge", especially in comparison to our old X-139.
But it is not huge in comparison to the bathroom in the Ritz-Carlton. (I have never been in a Ritz, but I bet the rooms have nice bathrooms.) - mboppExplorerDW really likes the full-width bathroom in our 21FBS North Trail.
- gtkatoExplorerMy Lance 1985 rear bath is the entire width of the 8ft trailer. One reason I bought this model.
- GordonThreeExplorerI consider my KZ 200's rear bath to be pretty spacious for a small trailer (20 foot)... seeing that I can use it at all being a big guy that's 6 foot 6.
- yeabuddyExplorerNot sure if they have a current year model but a friend had a 2009 Star Stream that has a huge bathroom.
