Metal roof

I have a Florida room attached to my camper, and would like to recoat the roof with something thick enough to seal any leaks. At this time I have a leak that happens during heavy rain.
I cannot crawl out onto the roof, so am not able to really scrub the metal clean, so looking for something that essentially will cover everything

Any way to spend a few $$$ and simply lay a new roof with a material that never needs maintenance, like rolled roof shingling?

Other than throwing a tarp over it, the roof is going to have to be cleaned in order for a coating to stick.
