Misc questions for service check

Just bought a 2015 Apex. Fresh water tank has a leak which were having fixed from a service tech. While it's there I'd like them to check out a couple other things. Have a couple questions first.
-the caulking on the tub/shower. Should it be sealed up around the ledges? It appears to have gaps.
-the trim on the outside of the slides. Appears to not have been cut to fit. There are gaps. This isn't correct, right?

Are slide out interior corners prone to cold morning condensation? The kids noticed some moisture on their pillows. I felt droplets, but seemed to be condensation.

    Are you venting your trailer, even if it is cold outside? Humans expel a lot of moisture from breathing and condensation WILL form in a non-vented enclosed environment.


    Thanks, that helps with the shower.
    We keep the bathroom vent over all the time, but the bunk room is fairly isolated and the kids didn't have any windows open that morning since it was cold. I'm pretty certain it was just condensation.

    Any thoughts on the outside trim? It's hard to describe exactly what it is. A trim piece that fits into a groove around the slide. Seems very strange that they wouldn't all fit flush. A couple do, but a couple just come up short.

    If the ledge you are talking about around the shower is the part where the shower walls meet the tub/shower floor pan, then leave it unsealed as that is where any water that may get behind will drain. The tub/floor pan has a lip behind so water cannot get in . The top of the walls should be sealed and the edges also.
