Granted I don't live there, but I've been through northern (I-90) and southern (I-84/15) Idaho fully loaded. I've got nothing but upper Stableloads and they work great. Simple concept, and won't leak or pop like airbags.
I'll be heading to northern ID in June from Seattle. Day's trip, but always fun through Ellensburg where the side winds have make for a white-knuckle ride.
