No fuel cap?

Vapor recovery nozzles are the norm here plus they have a secondary shutoff that is a real pain when filling motorcycles or fuel cans.

Seems to be an issue here but nothing to with "Baby Boomers"

Probably, I am getting tired of the 6 o'clock news filled up with people blowing themselves up. :)

They were at Ford testing grounds and this is what was stated from Ford. Nothing said about fumes.

They were also test driving with a suit restricting the driver's movement, surgical gloves for less feel and ear plugs for the hearing impaired.

All for us aging boomers. Also said we are expected to live to an average age of 95!!!

I saw someone posted that there 2015 f250 didn't have a gas cap. I just went to the local ford dealer and all the superduties on there lot had gas caps.

So if they don't do the full service routine, clean windows front back and side mirrors I did the headlamps also and would get some nice tips too!), ask to check oil and if under the hood check the washer fluid, brake fluid and look at the air cleaner. Then why in the heck would someone want to pay for an attendant?

If you didn't do all the things I mentioned you would get fired! For every item we sold out at the pumps you got 15 cents. That doesn't sound like a lot but at the end of the week you could easily pull in a extra 20 bucks! In the mid 70's that was a lot of money! Besides washing the front windshield sometimes got you a view of..... well I'm sure all the guys that worked the fuel islands know what I'm talking about!!!! :p :B

I agree with Tom. Would prefer to have oil, air checked. Windshield cleaned. Not sure it was the market place that spoke. More likely oil companies/dealers looking for more profit.
