Odd noise

Greetings. I have a strange noise that started with our tow vehicle. I have had the ball joints replaced last November. New steering control arm in January. Now when I make a hard right turn (right turn only) and hit the brakes I hear a clunk that sounds to be coming from the drivers side. No noises when turning left or driving normally. Can recreate the noise in any parking lot. I have a 2006 Ford F250 4x4 crew cab short box with 6.0L diesel. It currently has 111,xxx miles on it. Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.

Ball joints were replaced with MOOG problem solvers. I hope it isn't a ball joint. I went with greaseable joints to help prevent this. I will be having the shop look at it shortly.

Sticky brake pad or caliper.

Sounds very much like a bad ball joint. That which you describe is the classic symptom. Even though you recently had them changed, it sounds like the right one has gone bad.

I have seen it before. A new ball joint goes bad in a very short time. Most generally happens with aftermarket ball joints.

Take it back to your shop and have them check it out. Tell them you want the ball joint checked. And make sure they do it. Instead of just throwing other new parts at it first.
