Since Ford owns part of Cummins, every time you buy a Cummins powered vehicle aren't you buying Ford?

I have noticed this for years.
Ram has always been #1
Ford used to be #2 now GM is #2 with Ford far behind.
Same with the RV parks where full timers stay.

These posts are always fascinating to me. We get so vehement about our trucks. Right now the F350 super duty is the number one selling 1ton in the US. If you want a truck to pull a 20,000# unit up and down the highway, choose a Ford, Dodge or Chevy (in that order). If you want a truck that will be also driven in the mountains & deserts in all 4 seasons and in all for compass points, get the Ford.
This comes from a business evaluation, not just backing the brand, which I do! I have had numerous conversations with people in the same or similar business as mine and we've exchanged loads of info on which holds up in steep switchback dirt road mt driving, deep sandy roads, deep rutted muddy roads and pushing snow with the front bumper to get to a cat in order to push a road open!
Chevys have the best ride but beat themselves apart in extreme conditions. Dodges front ends and drive trains are their weakest poits in extreme driving. I'll admit I had to eat crow during the era of the 6.0's and 6.4's! I actually converted 5 of my trucks to Cummins engines during that embarrassing run!
I'm talking about road conditions to drill sites that don't include oilfield well maintained roads. I'm talking about exploratory drilling roads. Just one mans opinion, I'm old and I'm entitled!

As a consumer of about 50 oz a day of the stuff, I've found that, for me, it's not about the brand of coffee, it's the STRENGTH!
Even the super-cheap stuff is good if you use enough of it...
Put in rv.net terms, if my coffee looks like virgin Mobil 1 synthetic it's too weak-- give me the stuff that looks like dyno oil that hasn't been changed in 15000 miles.
Wonder if there's a parallel universe somewhere in which the chat on a coffee forum somehow drifted to tow vehicles?
