Open range floor issues

I I am writing in search of help for rv friends!
They currently own an open range tt. They had a soft floor repaired in front of the fridge while under warranty, the issue is back only a year later. They are looking for help with this issue. They stay in lakeland,Fl. Who takes care of open range issues now? Contact?

Can also get on the open range owners forum for advice, phone nos. etc. Warranty is a two year time frame.

Open Range was bought out by Jayco who was bought by Thor. You can still get warranty service by calling the Open Range 800 number in the owner's manual. Let me know if you need the number or just Google it. Non-warranty service can be had from any RV shop.
