Are pass-through storage doors a standard size? I want to keep a ladder in the trailer and mine is in storage 4 hours away. I picked up a ladder and it is 27" wide and I'm concerned it will be too wide to fit in the storage compartment.

Can you lock it to the trailer or can it fit inside the trailer its self ... ?

If it doesn't fit in the storage compartment you might make some brackets to hold it to the frame underneath the trailer.

Trailers are made by NUMEROUS manufacturers and they each make numerous models. There is NOTHING that is universal in size. You will need to measure or find someone with the same make, model and model year as yours to know for sure.

It was worth asking, Hopefully it will fit I think will be close.

have seen many a TTs pass through this town on the way south with a step ladder tied to the TT ladder.

Nice, never saw those before. Looks like it could fit in a tube under the trailer like the ones for the sewer hoses .......

If it doesn't fit into your compartment, I use this collapsible ladder to reach the top of my slideouts and roof.
It works really well for light duty use. The rungs are too narrow for comfortable long term use on my feet though.

Our trailer has much smaller doors than the last one, and a standard size aluminum step ladder will fit in. Tight, but it fits.
