Wish I had a 2014 with the new GVWR. My 2010 has a GVWR of 10,100 and scales 8,448 ready to go, leaving me with a measly 1650 pounds of payload. Yes that means I'm slightly over my GVWR.
Wow, my '14 MC 4WD DRW scaled out at 8660 (3/4 tank, some spare parts and 6 tires in the bed) . But that's why I went with a DRW. I doubt I will ever throw 5300# on the pin or in the bed. - takenExplorer III'm waiting for the air suspension to come off late availability to go for a new one...

- takenExplorer IINo, just thinking current as opposed to past ratings and weights.
- APTExplorerIs there a specific one at a dealer since you said 2014?
- takenExplorer IIThat's good to know. My Ford 6.7 extended cab is 8500 ready to go and I had 11.5 GVWR. Ram's must be lighter to begin with. Thanks guys.
- donn0128Explorer IIYup! My quad cab dually scales 8000 ready to travel. My last truck was 7500 ready to travel. 8000 will be a good number.
- spud1957ExplorerLooks like about 8000lbs. Payload 4.4K. Page 11 of 16.
