Recall for Front Window - Venture Sonic

Received a call from KZ-RV parent company of Venture RV, telling me they want to send me the front window for my TT and I was to then set up an appointment with a certified Venture Dealer to have it installed. This was all about a month ago, sense I have received the window and all is good checked it out,made the appointment right away with a dealer, and will be taking it in next week for replacement.
I had no idea it even needed replacement beforehand, they told me it could have a crack and or will leak water. I was surprised when I went out to look at the window. Outside it was just fine, when I went inside it had a crack from top to bottom. I've never had the manufacture call me and tell me I needed work. Usually they just send out a letter and you may get it or not. Kudos to KZ.
