I get the feeling that your distribution panel is separate from your converter. Mine is that way, the 120VAC is one panel and there are 12VDC panels in various locations. I'm sure mine is different than your's so we need to know something about it.

If you can, take a picture of the distribution panel and post that.

Basic instruction for replacing the panel are;

Take a couple photos of the panel with the cover plate off and the wires visible.

Buy a panel similar to yours, with enough circuits and KOs for the wires.

Label each circuit cable or wire with connecting point.

Disconnect both 120 VDC and 12 VDC power sources.

Disconnect the wires from the panel and then remove from the panel box.

Reassemble in reverse order.

I have to replace the thing because when the converter went out it caused a hole host of issues to include my breaker box. I've already tried YouTube can't find any. All I can find is replacing the converter.

Not hard, just tedious.

Hots to the breakers, neutrals to the neutral bus, grounds to the ground bus.

Why would you need to replace the whole box? I can see changing breakers, but the whole box?

The OP is probably talking about replacing the converter where the breakers happen to be mounted.
