And, I have had people ride in there. Was it a good idea, HECK NO. Was it legal? In MN, probably yes. And, because they were drunk, and insisted on having a open bottle of alcohol with them I told them ride in the TT or walk. So they rode in the TT. After that day if they wanted to go camping they got their own ride to the park because I refused to take them.
