RV Door Cracked

This comment does not reflect most problems that I have read on this forum ! On the Forest River forum (on which I am a member) I have read time and again where they have fixed things long past warranty ! Now you can find exceptions to this . But I'm willing to give them the benefit of doubt . I am actually going to buy one in the spring based on my reading here and on the Forest River forum . They are not perfect !!Jim

Well, I spoke with a rep from Rockwood on friday and after a short conversation he graciously agreed to cover the installation and decals for my new door. Thank you Rockwood!! The only $$ out of me pocket will be the $130.00 to deliver the door from Lippert to my Rockwood dealer. From which I couldn't convince anyone to cover. I am very happy with Lippert and Rockwood for stepping up and making the customer happy.
