RV vs Auto websites/inventory checking

When you look at auto websites you can look at models, see pics, and build and price. Most RV sites you can do most of this.

Then the auto site says "see inventory or get a quote". I'd like to see inventory of certain RV models across multiple dealers/regions.

What's different between the dealership models?
