One of the posts burned, melting the plastic and burning out a piece of the black wire, and tripping the main breaker. Pretty sure I needed to replace the plug at that point. The wires coming out of the shore plug cable matched the diagram included with the plug, so I'm assuming that it is wired correctly now, but I don't have a tester, and won't be able to get one for a couple of weeks, at least.
