Any good options for improving the water pressure at the shower head?
1. clean the shower head to remove calcium build up.
2. when showering, turn on both the shore line water and the trailer water pump at he same time. - scbwrExplorer IIThis Camco shower head/hose works for us!
Usually, there are more options available at Amazon including Prime, and we bought a chrome look model. - TxTigerExplorerOxygenics works very well.

Only ONE will supply water
If city water pressure is higher then pump start set point pump will not run
If pump runs then it's discharge pressure will close check valve in city water connection
AS to OPs question
Shower has a flow resistor in it.
Either in end of hose or in shower handle
Some can be removed.
Some have to be 'enlarged'......just use a 1/4" drill bit
Without them higher flow rate
Aerators on end of faucets have them also. They can easily be removed
Some folks change out to an Oxygenics Shower Head.
Mixes air/water for feeling of increased flow - myredracerExplorer III think our Oxygenics was a waste of $$. We turn the flow as low as possible to minimize water into the grey tank and the Oxygenics spits out a dribble at low flow. The Oxygenics is touted as being the cat's *ss for saving water but think it's overated. Just my internet opinion...
With an adequate city water pressure of 45-65 psi, either the OEM or Oxygenics should provide enough spray. Is the piping to the shower blocked or does the head have calcium building or is there sediment in the valves? If not, it is what it is. Old Biscuit above has an option. When we first got our TT new, it had a really bad kink in a PEX line to the shower. - DurbExplorerI changed to the high flow regulator (silver colored instead of brass) and drilled out the shower head restrictor. My wife has long think hair and she is fine with it now.

Just so you know, the pressure is the same regardless what shower head, faucet or whatever, that you use. The quantity and spray pattern is all that is regulated. If you do have a pressure issue, it may be the city water supply, your regulator if you have one, or the water pump if you are using it. - fx2tomExplorerI've been so happy with our RV Oxygenics I bought their home version for the house.

Doesn't work if you don't have a city water hookup.
