Skylight Inner Dome

Hey All,

So I noticed I have a crack in my inner dome in my bathroom skylight. This weekend we had the heat on and what I hope was condensation leaking from one of the corners of the inner dome. I have a 2004 Sunnybrook Solanta 3610 and I am looking to order a new dome. Since I didn't think to measure it before I left yesterday I looked online last night and found this. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/skylight-inner-dome-sl1422/75450

Has anyone ever had to replace this part. I'm having a hard time figuring out what some parts are or could be. Just a few minor things but something I'd like to do and replace in the long run. Any help is appreciated.

  • Never had condensation between the dome and inner cover. Found a drip and removed the inner cover and the dome was leaking. There were cracks at the spot where the dome curves to form the flange due to deterioration of the plastic dome. Wound up with some water damage in the rafters, roof plywood (luan plywood) and inner ceiling panel. Make sure the sealant is in good shape and that the dome is not cracking.
  • Its actually an inside part. Mounts totally on the inside of a camper. I think the link I posted will work. I just have to measure today after work.

I was just seeing if anyone else ever did this before and was wondering if there were any websites specific for my camper. Parts seem kinda hard to come by for it. Being its an 04 and all.
