We have a cabover camper, which makes making the bed a hassle. So, we use a Travasak, which is similar to the RV Super Bag.
I don't believe Travasak is made any longer, but RV Super Bag is the same idea. It has sheets secured in the sleeping bag with velcro. One side of the sleeping bag is heavier for winter, and the other side is lighter for summer. When the weather changes, just flip it over for more appropriate bedding. We love our Travasak, and I'm glad I found RV Super Bag, because they make replacement sheets for Travasak.
