SMART TV IS IT WORTH THE CHANGE ?

I have a Roku 3. It has Ethernet and wifi for input signals. It has wifi, USB and HDMI for output. It also has an earphone jack in the remote. Once the earphones are plugged in the roku stops the sound to the TV and passes it to the remote. Remote has the volume control for earphones built in. Good for watching tv without disturbing anyone sleeping and no cord to bother with. Additional remotes can be purchased and paired for use with the roku. I got the roku since it is very portable and can take it with me camping if I want and have wifi available where stopped. I don't really need a smart tv.
