ryoung - anutamiExplorer IIIIf it makes you feel any better I have a crack developing in the front bottom of the box near the truck bumpers. My rubber mat wasn't pushed all the way fwd and on our last off road adventure I guess stress and vibration on the bottom of the camper caused the fiberglass to buckle :0. Let me know how the fix goes as I am looking to do the same.
