Stabalizers
I have a 26' TT which of course has stabalizers on all 4 corners. I have 2 others which I would like to add. Behind the rear tires there are brackets on the frame which look like points to bolt up...

Close to the axles and attached to the FRAME(not the suspension) is the normal location for removing suspension bounce.
