There are two features I look for for a TPMS.
First is the lag time from a signal loss to notification. TST is one hour and Pressure Pro when I had their system 5 years ago was about 15 minutes.
Second is if you can read tire pressures after the system has set idle overnight. Some system will not transmit data until the sensor detects motion if it has been motionless for a period of time.
I want a system that will allow me to read pressures early in the morning before I move the trailer. I prefer to find out if there is a problem before I move the trailer.
I have been very happy with my six sensor kit I got from RVproducts4you. I can scroll through my tires while I have my coffee. I hadn't dealt with any lag in my response. The signal booster helps me catch my towed quickly and accurately. I only paid $389 for the kit. - Ron3rdExplorer III

I had Pressure Pro on 6 TV + 4 FW tires for years. Never tried another brand so I’m not sure how much my recommendation is worth but they did the job for me.

IMO first line of defense is quality tires. If you want added peace of mind that comes from monitoring your pressures and Temps then maybe a TPMS is for you.
Well of course quality tires. Are you one of those lucky ones that haven’t sat on the side of a busy road .
Can't answer fo Ron, but I've never sat on the side of anywhere. My only stops were for gas and bathroom. And I haven't had a TPMS until this summer.
The reason for me to get a TPMS is that you will never feel a low or flat tire on the toad. And last fall when our friend showed up late at night I was helping him get setup. As we walked around to the drivers side we found a tire blown out. He only thing left was he bead. Fortunately it didn't damage the aluminum wheel. He tows a 26ft nonslide TT with a 13 F250 that's been deleted and tuned. So he never felt the flat on the trailer. That is what pushed me to get the TPMS
BTW. I told him the previous year to replace the 7 year old tires!
Well I lived in denial for over 50 years , and it took that one tire loss last year about this time outside Kingman , Az on 93 ,terrible road lots of traffic and in a tough spot to get off the highway. Only needs to happen once to make a believer out of some of these guys. It did me TST 507 is on that fifth wheel now . I do not want to thru that again. I’ll do whatever to prevent it .
Quality tires , yes. Less then 2 years old , properly inflated when leaving Las Vegas that morning Arguably the best G rated tire on the market the Saliun S637 ST 235/85/16 rated for 4400 lbs @ 110 psi. - dodge_guyExplorer II
