Time for new tires, need suggestions

A couple of days ago we had a small issue rolling into Colorado Springs. During the last couple of miles I noticed a vibration and when we got to the campground, this is what we found:
The tire was fully inflated at about 50 PSI still, but it was obviously just a question of time (not much) before it would have blown. What is interesting (and maybe not surprising) is that this tire was previously the spare and I put it on when one of the tires had a screw cause a slow leak back in January. We probably have put on less than 500 miles on this particular tire, whereas the other three have 10-12,000 miles on them in the past 4 1/2 years. I guess shame on me for being too cheap to buy a cover for the spare :), I did keep it properly inflated though over the years.
Anyhow, the wife insists on new tires all around, so I am trying to research suitable replacements. We're in the metro Denver area with access to most tire dealers. They current ones are Carlisle 205/75 14". BTW, the date code on the blown tire is 4809, so a fairly late 2009 tire. We bought the trailer new with these tires in November 2010, so about a year later.
