Tires again

My tires are the originals. They were made in 2010. We have the trailer in heated storage for 5 months during the winter. I keep being told they are in excellent shape, no cracks or wear. Others tell me they look brand new on the tread and sidewalls. So do you blindly replace them after 6 years? Our tires are Good Year Marathons. We pretty much stay inside the state, no long trips. Those of you that have had blowouts, was there any cracking or warning signs before that? Thanks
