In my 2008 Keystone trailer, my toilet flush pedal lifted up to fill with water and down to flush it all away. On my 2015 Keystone 30RIPR it only presses down to flush it away. Is this a random issu...

This Sealand 3200 is also not a conventional gravity flush toilet either but rather an electric flush toilet. The OP claims he had a 2008 toilet on which he would pull up on the foot pedal to introduce water into the bowl ... I've never seen one, wasn't aware such an animal existed, and since they're "quite common" I'd like a to see a link to one ... IF it exists, as it sure seems it would be awfully awkward to operate.
