Dicor Lap Seal does NOT require and primers. Clean the area thoroughly, let it dry, apply sealant

TPO..........I use Murphy's , just wash it , no other maint. is needed.
I inspect the roof after every trip, just in case a small tree branch scrapes the caulking or causes a small puncture. (seal it if you have to)
Then once a year , after cleaning it, I use Dicor self leveling on the seams. I THIN COAT IT , spreading it with a wet finger or an old plastic credit card. I inspect the roof vents, sky lights etc . cover those seams as well .

The lap sealant is compatible with "MOST" TPO roofs. I used the two part Ultra with great results and with no worry if it is the wrong stuff.

When we're talking about a 2010 generation TPO roof your advice is absolutely incorrect - the OP must use the Dicor 2-part Ultra System designed specifically for that particular type and generation of TPO roof.

That is exactly what I use after doing a lot of reading. And I was cautious of a Dicor product that on the front of tube said "TPO safe" but in the small print on back said "safe for MOST TPO roofs". I don't know if I have a "most" TPO or not, so I stuck with "ultra sealant".

I use a very weak solution of Dawn dish soap and a soft brush about once a year. Just to be able to inspect it real good and not so much for a sparkling clean white roof.

After having one 2 years now I would not recommend a TPO roof to anybody. But being that is what I have I take real good care of it to get as much life out of it as I can.

Absolutely 100% correct. Very few people have knowledge about TPO including a lot of RV places. Sort of like when all the different types of anti-freeze came on to market. People had best intensions from their knowledge and experience but weren't up on info.

I replaced a skylight and talked with skylight manufacture and they absolutely recommended SB 140 because it doesn't re-act with the plastic in skylights. SB 140 is OK and works on TPO, but is so hard to work with I'll never use it again. Unless on a skylight.

Sealant as in caulk or sealant as in roof coating?

Tube caulking. Used around skylights, etc.

I can tell you for a fact TPO does not like power steering fluid

There has got to be an interesting story behind that one lol.
