Our main unit (15k) is ducted but the 2nd A/C we added (13.5k heat pump) to the master bedroom is not. I suspect your prep'd 2nd unit will be non-ducted.
Normally we just run the main ducted unit since it blows though out the camper. Only when it gets really hot do we run the 2nd A/C unit. Since your if Florida and your TT is 33' long you will probably need to run both units which probably means you will be seeking 50 amp service. When we are on 30 amp service we have to watch what we turn on. Main A/C, TV, hot water heater and microwave tends to trip the breaker on the post. Have not even tried running 2 A/C units.
You might look at changing some vents to the kind you can control flow through to balance out the air distribution. Our bunkhouse is at the rear near the main A/C unit so it tends to be the coldest. The master bedroom is furthest away so it tends to be warmer, hence the 2nd unit.
