Under 24 ft with slide that sleeps 4?

Anyone have a small trailer with a slide-out that sleeps 4 grown people? The floor plan most common in the smaller units with slides is a full/queen bed in the front with a dinette or sofa in the slide that is really a twin size. Any larger U-shaped dinettes that convert to a full-sized bed?

Look at the Lance trailers. 16' to 27' long if I remember right.
