Unlevel Front Bunk

On our third outting with the Aerolite my wife and I finally had enough of falling inward onto eachother...whoever sleeps on the outside inevitably slips down in the middle of the night into the person on the inside. It's even worse for the inside person who feels like they are going to fall off the bunkend.

We too a level to the floor which showed the trailer was perfectly level...and then put the level on the bunkend which showed it was way off. It has been like this since we bought it new several months ago. Is this an easy fix I can do myself or should I just take it in for a warranty repair?

Our Aerolite has the three mounting points as well...unfortunately the cables are already on the lowest point. I'm guessing now that the cables are just a bit too short.

take it in. all they would need to do is have the support cables re-sized.
