Another interesting thing I got to do on this 2 plus month Truck Camping Adventure.

This is an ORGANIC, Family Operated Farm. They grow and produce their own feed for Free Ranging Chickens, Cattle, and a few other agricultural products they produce. It was interesting to watch and learn a little about the production of organic eggs, Candlelighting the eggs, Sorting, Packaging, and learn about the "Farm to Market Process". Even more fun was participating in the production process.
They do have a Family Farm Store open all year and a second store with a special emphasis on Christmas.

The video doesn't seem at all to be related to TCs or RVs, but more importantly, why do you need to candlelight an egg?

Update: candlelight of a normal egg is supposed to show blood spots. Otherwise, shows embryo development. Forums seem to have mixed thoughts around whether that's necessary if you are going to eat the eggs.

In 2 months, there's bound to be things you're going to do other than the same old same old. Not really much difference showing pictures of the Grand Canyon which there have been plenty of, or showing an organic farm processing chicken eggs which I pretty much guarantee nobody else has done a trip report on before this one from their travels. Some of the rejects are used for the table. Other rejects are used as treats for other animals on the farm. It was fun and I thought others would enjoy seeing it too.
