Water leak

Im finally set up and of course I bought the trailer in Kansas and I'm set up in Texas . The lines under the sink are leaking pretty bad what's the best way to replace them it seems to be at the fitting that connects them I have never seen the clamp like the one used any ideas

Thanks
  • Thanks everyone apparently little piece in the was a little messed up. I also had the water pressure regulator. This is my first camper I'm learning a lot quick.
  • The fittings connected to the faucets are just loose ( as just said by another) ,.Especially on the hot side as it expands and contracts and loosens when new. Factory does not check tightness. Tighten every connector you can find including the shower...there is an access port.
  • Make sure the fittings aren't loose. When my trailer was new, I had a leak and all I needed to do was tighten up the fitting.
  • Any RV repair facility can fix it. They just have to contact the manufacture first to get authorization for warranty reimbursement.
  • If it's brand new have the dealer deal with it - have them pay for someone local to look at it. That's BS, IMO.
  • It's a brand new trailer I've had it a few weeks my wife got it for me she's in ks I'm in tx I thought I had all the problems identified when I took it back to the dealer last week before we came down to tx but I guess this was over looked lol

Depends on the age of the trailer and what's there currently. I found it much easier and cost effective to replace my kitchen fixture (now that I think about it, I've replaced all of the fixtures) in my '84 Allegro with updated ones. I spliced in some PEX plastic line and got adapters at the local big box HW store to go from the copper to the PEX.
