Just curious what others keep their temps at? I have digital thermostat and owners manual recommendeds 68 using furnace and 72 using AC. I camp in the adirondacks and keep furnace on 62 at night and 68 during day if we're in camper and during summer keep AC on 72. I think this summer I may keep AC even lower at 68. Seems camper gets too stuffy even with windows open and my max fan on all night. How do you folks do it? Do you find it stuffy without AC?

On heat using furnaces on propane, about 65 during the day. At night, keep the front about 60 and the bedroom about 64. If on electricity, use one electric heater pointed towards the back set on a medium setting. I'd say it keeps it about 64.On AC, about 76.Bill

We set both furnaces at 50 at night - with window in the bedroom open, Fantastic Vent running on low if the outdoor temp is above 50.. Ceiling vent has a cover so rain is no issue.

A couple weeks ago the outside temp was upper 30's. I set the thermostat to 60 at night. My daughter woke up cold and turned it up to 64. In the morning my windows were dripping, guess I should have had a vent open.

I love being at the beach in the summer and sleeping in a 62 degree trailer! Being on someone else's electric is one of life's pleasures. ;)

I use a ceramic heater and turn on the A/C fan. I position the heater under the return so the heat can flow through out the trailer. The trailer stays right around 70 deg. This works on all but the coldest of nights, and when it gets that cold I turn on the furnace to supplement the ceramic heater. Otherwise you can blow right through a 30 lb tank on a long cool/cold weekend!

The A/C gets set at 68. This way when it gets in the middle of the day the trailer is cool enough to still be comfortable.

When camping in the TT during the winter we ran an electric heater, which kept it about 55 in the day and 45 at night.

In the morning we would turn the propane furnace on for about 10 or 15 minutes to take the chill out then shut it off. During the day we were out playing in the snow so at lunch time and supper time the cooking supplied most of the TT heat.

These were three day camping adventures so lack of TT heat was really not an issue. Our home is heated to 69 in the day and 65 at night.

About 68 for botH to sleep. Little warmer when we get up and about for both. While we are away set to conserve on run time, as the unit warms or cools very fast.

We run the A/C at 77 and heat at 65. DW would be happy with the A/C at 79. We keep the A/C in the brick house at 77 to 79. Haven't used the heat in the brick house this winter.
