- BarneySExplorer IIIOur wood-look vinyl floor was looking kind of dull and old after 11 years of constant use so last spring I put on a coat of Rejuvenate Floor Floor Restorer and Protectant. It made that old floor look like new again and it still looks that way today. If it starts to wear then I will just coat it again. VERY easy to apply with a microfiber cloth on a Swiffer mop.
Here is how it looks today after the treatment last April.

Waxing is old school. It builds up layer after layer...
Just sweep and clean is all that's needed. - tshirtmanExplorerthe best thing to use is Armstrong "Once and done"
the others leave a wax film that is a dirt magnet. - tenhorsunExplorerSpeaking of floors, we're new travel trailer owners and at first we thought we'd keep a little brush and dustpan in our trailer. You know. Tiny. But we decided to bring our big broom and what a great decision. It's so quick and easy to sweep out the trailer and the mat we lay in front of the doors (a great buy, by the way).
- mrgreetisExplorerThanks all. Minimal care sounds like the best.
- ReneeGExplorerWe have the BeauFlor resilient flooring in the kitchen and commode room, but because it's such a small area, after sweeping, I will get down on my hands and knees and use a sanitary wipe or two and call it done!
- pira114Explorer II1987 with origional vinyl flooring. Never had anything other than mild dish soap and water to wash it. Still looks new. About the only thing on the trailer that does still look new. These floors will last forever unless they get gouged.
- gboppExplorerIsn't waxing a vinyl floor similar to painting vinyl siding on a house?
