Before you start having temperatures below freezing for long enough to freeze water in the lines.
That is something that depends on where the RV is stored, and whether the plumbing is exposed or protected.
Where I live, before the end of October. If I use the RV between October and April, I will dewinterize as I move to a warmer place, rewinterize before going back to cold storage. Actual dates would be different if I lived in Minnesota or Mississippi.
