Which shocks to install???

On my previous Chevy 2500 I installed Bilstein 5100's and they were awesome.

We run Skyjacker full hydraulic rear shocks which completely stop the gas shock double dipsy doodle as our 2500lbs pin weight 5th wheel hobby horses over the axles on sharp dips and frost heaves.

Bilstien 4600's the 5100's are for lifted trucks.

Pretty good so far

Bilsteins 4600's. Put them on my 2005 F250 Powerstroke at 60,000 miles. Made a world of difference. I tried to get them through EShocks, they said they had them in stock. They didn't, waited a month for them to admit it and give me a refund. Got them from Shock Warehouse. Easy install.

Going to put a set on my 2011 F150, the OEM shocks are getting sloppy at 60K miles. Then I found out they were a strut-type shock in the front, and have to take apart the ball joint and drop control arms and basically take the front apart to get them out.

Bilsteins now on my second truck for towing! Shocks were bad on my first truck at 10,000 miles. Bilsteins were still great after 80,000 miles! I put them on this truck after the first week of ownership.

Not a Ford owner, but put a set of Bilstien 5100's on our 2001 Ram 2500 CTD and they work great!

Well it looks to me like the jury is in and it's pretty much unanimous. Bilsteins it is. Thanks to you all for your replies and help.
