In the Ford F350 it is a drum in hub/rotor system. The parts are called parking brake shoes, parking brake hardware, etc. How do I know? I just replaced all of that stuff. It is expensive, even if you DIY. Ran me around $600 for all new seals, rotors, calipers, backing plates, shoes and pads. My 2006 had a lot of rust in there!
