Winterizing?

We purchased a smaller used hybrid (17') earlier this year and now need to winterize it before long-term storage. Had a popup before and never had to worry about anything LOL.

So is there a nice, simple guide to recommend?

We only have a kitchen sink, shower and toilet (no sink in bath). Along with hot water heater, grey and black water...
